Base Skills Change
  Stretch The melee skill Stretch has been moved to basic.
  Wild Rage and Reach The effects of the apprentice's melee skills Wild Rage and Reach have been combined into one buff.
  Accuracy The melee skill Accuracy has been moved to expert.
  Counter Attack Close Combat Skill Counter Attack: weakened effect at all levels to 1/3/4/6/8/8/10%.
  Wide Range and Precision The effects of ranged expert skills Wide Range and Precision are combined into one buff.

 

Class Skills Changes
  All Buffs

Increased the duration of most class buffs to 480 seconds.

Removed the requirement to equip a certain weapon for most class buffs with a duration of 480 seconds.

  War Banner

Added the passive skill War Banner to all Warriors, available at level 1.

+10% damage against monsters and PB.

+10% of experience gained.

Experience bonus reduced from 30% to 20%.

From +10% to +20% damage against monsters and PBs.

  Bash Explosion Reduced the cooldown from 24 to 18 seconds.
  Acceleration

Added effect of removing all negative effects.

Increased cooldown from 30 to 60 seconds.

Added +15% bonus to range damage.

  Trapping

  Find Trap

Removed from level 30 professions: Sniper, Hunter, Scouter.

Added level 40 professions: Infiltrator, Assassin, Phantomshadow.

  Specialists Support

A new buff Specialists support has been added to 30 Specialist professions (except Driver), with effects:

+15% damage against monsters and PB.

+10% of experience gained.

  Instant Repair (Accretia)

  Rebirth (Bellato)

  Ressurect (Cora)

Added Revival skills for allies of one's race to 30 Specialist professions (except Driver).

  Set Guard Tower

Revival skill has been removed in Lv 40 Specialist professions. (except Armorrider)

Added the passive skill Set Guard Tower.

Skills Changes
  Shield Battery effect redesigned, now increases melee damage by 10% and restores 200 HP per second.
  Mangle increased coefficient to 2.2, accelerated animation, reduced the number of hits from 4 to 2.
  Magnetic Fist added +10 crit and +10% damage against monsters and PB.
  Magnetic Net cooldown reduced to 30 seconds, duration reduced to 20 seconds.
  Death Blow HP damage effect increased from 500 to 700.
  Capacity Engine added effects of Limit Gauge and 10% anticrit.
  Excel Charger added effect +10% to the block of shiled.
  Elemental Barrier deleted: effect of 10% block of shield moved to Excel Charger.
  Siege Mastery duration increased to 300 seconds.
  Hyper R.P.M added new effects +10 to crit and +20 to accuracy.
  Nimble Joint moved: to Scientist.
  Barrier duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  Gauge Down cooldown reduced from 60 to 40 seconds.
Force Changes
  Soul Vitality restores 10 to 100 HP per second.
  Healing available only with staff, effect reduced to 10-23% of max HP.
  Resistance added effect +1~7% magic damage.

 

Skills Changes
  Magic Source added a buff to warrior's 30 profession that reduces the cooldown of magic skills by 1.5 seconds.
  Beast Eye increased dodge bonus from 15 to 25, added +10 crit.
  Laboring Breath cooldown reduced from 60 to 30 seconds.
  Perfect added +15% effect to melee damage.
  Earthquake increased coefficient to 2.2 and scope.
  Stamina Zero changed effect, reduces aim's SP to 0 and blocks his SP.
  Draining damage and healing increased from 1000 to 2000.
  Stretch reduced FP requirement to 100.
  Quick Attack added +10 to crit.
  Scamper increased duration to 480 seconds and redesigned effect.
  Mental Assault Reduces the aim's FP to 0 and blocks his FP.
  Divine removes negative effects, cooldown increased to 40 seconds.
  Edian's Soul Reduced magic damage from 35% to 25%, added +50 radius.
  Sage Force increased magic damage from 10% to 20%, added +25 to crit and removed radius bonus.
  Deadly Staff Damage multiplier increased to 5.
  Heal Wind group healing reduced from 50% to 42%.
  Judicious Brain moved to Candra, added 25% damage bonus against monsters and PB.
  Recall moved: to Holycandra.
  Recovery Circle healing of the group is reduced from 80% to 70%.
  Retribution new buff with duration 480 seconds. (Class: Holycandra)
  Force Freezing duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  Radiant Fall new buff with duration 480 seconds. (Class: Astral)
  Refresh new skill, removes 1 negative effect from an ally. (Class: Mentalsmith)
  Sanctification new skill, restores 35% HP to an ally. (Class: Mentalsmith)
Force Changes
  Sacrifice new effect: extends the duration of magic buffs.
  Celerity increases vampire by 0,5~5%.

  Vision added 15% melee damage and 15% defense.
  Faith deleted: a buff that increased melee damage by 15% and defense by 15%.
  Grace melee damage bonus increased from 15% to 25%.
  Slippage renamed and added effect +25% to defense.
  Quick Charge increased skill cooldown reduction bonus from 3 to 5 seconds.
  Muscle Break debuff reworked: reduces incoming healing by 45% and defense by 20%.
  Hypnotic Power removed attack reduction effect.
  Holds cooldown reduced to 18 seconds, duration increased to 15 seconds.
  Precise Striking added +10 bonus to crit.
  Blink Illusion changed effects to 20 dodge and 20% HP.
  Feign Death duration reduced from 30 to 15 seconds.
  Hit Confusion reduces the aim's maximum FP and takes away 200 FP every second.
  Focus increased crit bonus from 20 to 25.
  Striking Force Damage multiplier increased to 5.
  Force Shield changed effects to 20% HP, 50% defense. Reduces current FP by 150 every two seconds.
  Life Conflict reduced SP requirement from 300 to 150 and FP requirement from 1700 to 850.
  Refresh (Artizan) new skill, removes 1 negative effect from an ally.
  Anima Maxima (Artizan) Added new skill. By infusing an animus with dark force, the caster can increase the animus power.
